As per the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), we, Prof. Dr. Selim İsbir, as the Data Controller, inform you that your personal information will be recorded, stored, updated, disclosed to third parties where permitted by legislation, transferred, classified, and processed in ways outlined in the KVKK within the framework explained below. We are informing you about our mutual rights and obligations within the scope of the aforementioned legal regulation.
Purposes and legal grounds for processing personal data: To establish and fulfill the Physician-Patient relationship within the scope of legal legislation, to use in the service we can provide to you; to record identity, address, tax number, and other necessary information, including personal health data, to identify the person making/having the transaction; to organize all records and documents that will form the basis for processing in electronic (internet/mobile, etc.) or paper format; to comply with information storage, reporting, and notification obligations stipulated by legislation, authorized institutions, and other authorities; to improve service quality with marketing and statistical activities, and to offer requested/other products/services. Special categories of personal data are processed due to communication, information provision, and similar processes within the contractual relationship.
Persons/organizations to whom personal data may be transferred for the purposes mentioned above: Persons, public institutions and organizations, and private public institutions and organizations permitted by legal legislation provisions. Special categories of personal data may be transferred to companies located domestically and abroad that we receive services from to carry out activities subject to the legislation we are subject to, secured by confidentiality agreements. Personal and special categories of personal data are stored in a secure environment that is not open to general use and are never shared with third parties unless under legal obligation or permission.

Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK: By applying to us, regarding your personal data, you have the right to:

b) Request information if it has been processed,
c) Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,

d) Request correction if it is incompletely or incorrectly processed,
e) Request deletion/destruction within the framework of conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,
f) Request notification of the operations made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom it has been transferred,
g) Object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing it exclusively through automated systems,

In accordance with Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, data subjects have the right to:
- Learn whether personal data is being processed,
- Request information if personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether this data is being used in accordance with its purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
- Request correction if personal data is processed incompletely or inaccurately and request notification of this process to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- Request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons for its processing no longer exist, despite being processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law and other relevant law provisions, and request notification of this process to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- Object to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- Request compensation for damages in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data,
These are the rights of data subjects.
If you communicate your requests regarding your aforementioned rights to us via the email address on the site, your applications will be evaluated and finalized as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. While it is essential that no fee is charged for requests, the Company reserves the right to charge a fee based on the fee schedule determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
The Data Subject guarantees that the information subject to this Privacy Policy is complete, accurate, and up-to-date, and commits to updating it immediately if there are any changes to this information. The Company will not have any responsibility if the Data Subject has not provided up-to-date information.
The Data Subject acknowledges that if they make a request that results in any of their personal data being unusable by the Company, they may not be able to fully benefit from the Site’s functionality and declares that any responsibility arising in this context will be their own.
